We should also make sure we include the word “sample”, or something similar, somewhere because it’s not prescriptive. It’s an example. Along with my earlier comment: I would add “W3C Accessibility” in front of “Maturity Assessment” fo 2 reasons: 1. Branding 2. Compliance with COGA’s How To Make Content Usable for People with Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Guide. So the title would be: W3C Accessibility Maturity-Assessment Sent from my iPhone On Jul 17, 2023, at 9:41 AM, O'Day, Brian <brian.oday@intel.com> wrote: Astute point! 😊 External (brian.oday@intel.com<mailto:brian.oday@intel.com>) Report This Email<https://protection.inkyphishfence.com/report?id=bmV0b3JnZnQ4NDM0NDAvZGZhemlvQGhlbGl4b3BwLmNvbS9kNjg5NDk2ODkwMzNiN2RiNDQ0MGVhNjdlNzRiZDA4Ni8xNjg5NjA0ODk5Ljgx#key=87ee275bf5c2d4058aadfa909a8859b9> FAQ<https://www.godaddy.com/help/report-email-with-advanced-email-security-40813> GoDaddy Advanced Email Security, Powered by INKY<https://www.inky.com/protection-by-inky> Astute point! 😊 From: Charles LaPierre <charlesl@benetech.org> Sent: Monday, July 17, 2023 7:38 AM To: Stacey Swinehart <stacey.swinehart@gmail.com>; David Fazio <dfazio@helixopp.com> Cc: Janina Sajka <janina@rednote.net>; public-maturity@w3.org Subject: Re: Assessment template links What do you all think, shouldn’t Accessibility be in the name? Sorry for misunderstanding. Between Janina's and David's suggestions, the file name proposal is: "W3C-Maturity-Assessment.xlsx" Thumbs up from me. Content-wise for the link in the body content I'd suggest "Download the W3C Maturity Assessment" to align with that name. Thanks! So far, no one, including Stacey has proposed a new name. I ask now, because we're most likely to get this done if we can conclude this conversation by end of business today, Monday 17 July. The location, the way we highlight it, all that conversation is not the important point right now. The name of the spread sheet is what we need to decide. I'm proposing: Maturity-Assessment.xlsx And, to answer Stacey's question, no, we don't need to say this is Excel. The file extension makes that clear. Furthermore, other tools (like Linux/Unix LibreOffice and Apple's Numbers) are perfectly able to read and write .xlsx files.
