Hi Sheri et all. So, I am starting to go through the new excel spreadsheet and think that sub-topics should not be included and not have any options to mark as complete or not and also not included in the “Remaining proofpoints in this dimension to be assessed” For example, in 3.1 Communications In the document we have. * Consistent use of accessible templates for: * Marketing and sales materials delivered in electronic formats * Technical documents or position papers * Product Accessibility Conformance Reports<file:///Users/charlesl/GitRepos/maturity-model/index.html#dfn-acr> (ACRs) * Other accessibility documentation * Presentations However Consistent use of accessible templates for: (Do we really want to be able to mark this with 0-4 rating?) Same for: * Internal and external websites: * are accessible per regional regulatory requirements (e.g. conforms to WCAG) * may have an accessibility statement (legal requirement for websites for public sector bodies in the European Union) * may contain a statement of commitment to accessibility Internal and external websites: And maybe even Products and services: accessibility compliance documentation is available and delivered in an accessible format (on the website, by request, or through procurement process) There may be others in other dimensions, I am still working through all of them. Not sure for example Documented testing steps and cadence for agile delivery of changes that do not go through a full release cycle. Some examples are: * Content review for website updates * Content review for social media posts Just wondering how we should handle these. Currently all 3 are included but should it only be the sub-bullet points in these cases, do we need to include a “other” option which can be filled out in the comment section. Thoughts?
