[math-on-web] a11y TF new meeting time

Hi everyone,

Following the doodle and last week's meeting, we'll be switching the time
(but not day) to

*every-other Monday, 16:00 Central European Time*

The next meeting is next week, *March 14, 2017*.

As usual, we'll be using appear.in/mathonweb
