Re: Collection of examples suggestion

Hi,

We've added a basic site at https://w3c.github.io/mathonwebpages/. It's a
simple jekyll site so examples can easily be made to be self-contained,
embedded or hooked into the design -- whatever you might prefer.

For starters, I've added an example of visual rendering with MathJax.
Please note that there isn't anything to be found under the other links.
