mover/mo and accents

In the core meeting today (still waiting for the zoom link, so no minutes
yet), we discussed issue #210 about mover/mo and accents. There was some
confusion, so I was tasked with coming up with a better example and putting
all the renderings together in one place. I have done so in a comment on
#210.

The bottom line is that MathJax, Firefox, and Safari all implement the
MathML 3 spec, but Safari incorrectly shrinks the fonts for accents and
Firefox's positioning difference is maybe too small.
