As I commented, we still need to update WPT tests, send announcement to
webkit/mozilla/math wg mailing lists, change browser implementation and
make a decision about MathML full and write polyfills.

Igalia will handle the browser and WPT stuff but help is appreciated for
other tasks ;-)

Incidentally, I've renamed "mfenced polyfills" to mathml polyfills, so
that people can add their own for linethickness/mathsize names, unitless
values etc:
