I think that we should capture in the Wiki stuff that we explicitly agree is
out of scope, just so people won't come in later and suggest it again!  

 

For example, I believe that defining any sort of standard 'screen' media CSS
to go along with the default markup generated is out of scope.  If there is
no disagreement, I would like to capture that on the
http://www.w3.org/community/markdown/wiki/Deliverables page (or something).
