Maps for HTML Use Cases report: Please use master branch!

Important information for everyone contributing to the Use Cases &
Requirements report:

The repo previously used the gh-pages branch as the default branch.  Please
switch your forks/local copies over to use the master branch instead.  That
means: pull from master when fetching the latest changes, and submit your
pull requests against master.

I've added a Travis CI build step that generates a stable ReSpec build of
the document & deploys it to gh-pages.  From now on, only Travis
deployments should make commits to gh-pages.  See
https://github.com/Maps4HTML/HTML-Map-Element-UseCases-Requirements/issues/44

The benefit of this is that the live document should load much faster, with
no flashes of unstyled content. See for yourself:
