PROPOSED: Face-to-face meeting of Maps for HTML Community Group at TPAC

With significant progress in the MapML spec having been accomplished during OGC Testbed 13, and further work to be essentially finished by the time TPAC rolls around, I think it would be a good opportunity to meet and talk about the future, and  a path forward for MapML and Maps for HTML.  I believe that the time has come, or will have come as of TPAC, to propose that maps in HTML start incubation within the WICG, and TPAC will be a good opportunity for us to network with browser developers to gauge interest.

In light of the generous invitation from the W3C Community and Business Groups to allow a time slot for us to meet at TPAC, I would like to propose that Maps for HTML meet there.  If we get a few positive responses here, I will contact the W3C to accept their offer.
