Dear Committee, Did we mean that authors could make text small as the page was zoomed? The following language in Understand Reflow implies this. My mind this is a failure, and I think every person with low vision on this committee agrees. The reflow criterion was about getting print up to 400% with reflow. If authors are allowed to make font size 50% at zoom 400% people like me will have to read with a screen magnifier. The function of text is to be read. Many of us cannot read 200% (about 40%) (1.2 million in the US). LVTF needs to make a statement. This is not our intent. It is a cruel take back. Best, Wayne
