Inline Semantics - https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/low-vision-a11y-tf/wiki/New_SC%3F_In-line_Semantics icon fonts - https://css-tricks.com/examples/IconFont/ color is covered by F24 it is the font change that is the issue. jim: tested by changing fonts and the font icon always remained sr: should fit in 1.3.1 - relationship is this font is really a graphic. should be semantically marked as a graphic. should be a technique, update the understanding document, and create failures if needed. does the changing fonts cover sprites, background images, etc. sr: thinks they should fit in 1.3.1. lc: file a bug on wcag 2.0 sr: 1.3.1 is programattically determined or available in text. need to update gs: add a new SC. 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: Information, structure, and relationships conveyed through presentation can be programmatically determined or are available in text.
