these seem to be related. The SCs we propose for User Adaptation mostly use
"a mechanism is available". There is confusion as to what "a mechanism is
available" means. We know users need to adjust font, color, line length,
etc. From discussion we don't want authors writing widgets to do the
Adaptations. What do we want the authors to do or NOT do to not interfere
with mechanisms/tools that the LV community uses to adapt content viewing?
