Action Items

 Hi all,
if possible, send your completed action items to the list for review and
discussion. mention the action item number in the title of the message
lvtf-Action-##
that way the "tracker" can follow all messages, etc related to that action
item.

The goal is use conference call time as efficiently as possible and allow
others who are not on the call the ability to comment.
