Hi Pouya,

"One Size doesn't fit all" in any realm of computing, so why would that
be any different in relation to Knowledge Graphs?

One of the benefits of deploying structured data using RDF, and
deploying it using Linked Data principles, is that you simply lookup
hyperlinks to get at data.

One of the benefits of SPARQL Query Service endpoints is that you can
use a declarative Query Language for operating on Linked Data hosted by
a DBMS or Store.

One of the benefits of publishing an RDF dump is that other SPARQL
endpoints and Linked Data deployment service providers are added to the
mix which increases availability and overall utility.

The LOD Cloud Knowledge Graph is a live showcase of the benefits above.
Thus, if one endpoint is down you can ask for other access points to the
same data etc.. At the end of the day this is all about a fine-grained
Data Network with lots of connection types etc..
