I used that to produce the initial draft of endpoints :)

That's part of the problem, hence the effort underway right now.

At the end of this particular process you will have the following in place:

1. Publicly accessible Spreadsheet of SPARQL endpoints

2. RDF dataset derived from the Spreadsheet that published to the LOD
Cloud using Linked Data principles
