Humm. You might need to configure lodlive to point to the dataset/endpoint.. 
Since you don’t have an endpoint, that will be very hard to work :)
Don’t you have a dump somewhere in the LOD cloud? http://lod-cloud.net/ <http://lod-cloud.net/>
