Education and Government Data

Dear Lists,

I'm looking for policy papers, case studies and perhaps academic research
that highlight how information systems and open data have improved or
driven programmatic prioritization for investment decisions in education in
any country.

I want to use these to inform myself & any decision makers about such
practices - if you know of anything, then I would much appreciate it!
