Call for Papers
The Twenty-Sixth International Conference on Software Engineering and 
Knowledge Engineering (SEKE 2014) will be held at Hyatt Regency, 
Vancouver, Canada from July 1 to July 3, 2014.  The conference aims at 
bringing together experts in software engineering and knowledge 
engineering to discuss on relevant results in either software 
engineering or knowledge engineering or both. Special emphasis will be 
put on the transference of methods between both domains.

Special issue of IJSEKE journal
The SEKE conference is closely coordinated with the International 
Journal of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (IJSEKE). The 
best ranked papers from the conference will be invited for submission to 
a special issue in IJSEKE. Papers suggested for the special issue will 
be reviewed by external reviewers following the standard procedure of 
review stipulated by the respective journal.

Hotel Information
The hotel has made available for these limited dates (6/30 - 7/5/2014) 
to SEKE 2014 attendees a discount rate of $159 US dollars or $169 
Canadian dollars (whichever one is cheaper at the time of conference) 
per room, per night, single/double occupancy, not including sales tax.

Information for authors
Papers must be written in English. An electronic version (Postscript, 
PDF, or MS Word format) of the full paper should be submitted using the 
following URL:
https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=seke2014. Manuscript must 
include a 200-word abstract and no more than 6 pages of IEEE double 
column text (include figures and references).  All submissions must not 
be published or under consideration for publication in a journal or in a 
conference with proceedings.
Papers will be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical 
soundness and clarify of exposition. Depending upon the results of 
evaluation a paper may be accepted as regular paper (6 pages), short 
paper (4 pages) or poster (poster presentation only).
