There ain't any downloadable dump on the Web yet. It's actually
available for Debian developers, though. 

I'm not completely sure that the enclosed information is OK for
distribution as a whole for other project members. And as this is work
in progress, I'm not sure it's worth publishing yet, anyway: the model
will probably evolve and some URIs may too.

If you have a concrete implementation that'd make use of it, I could
provide you with a dump.
