Actually this seems like a use case for OPMV. So I think you'd
do something like,
foo:dataset opmv:wasGeneratedBy [ a opmv:Process;
opmv:used foo:ResponseMetaData;
opmv:used <http://example.org/foo.xml>
].
This would have the side-effect of making your graph an
opmv:Artifact but that actually makes sense.
