In addition to the LOD cloud cache instance we maintain, you also have 
URIBurner (which has been harvesting Linked Data since 2007). Of course, 
you also have PingTheSemanticWeb (PTSW) which has also been harvesting 
since 2007.

The LOD Cloud cache instance will ultimately have URIBurner and PTSW 
data loaded and maintained via timely syncs. All of this is in progress 
as part of our contribution to LOD2 (EU funded project).
