You can't access the resource because you don't have read or write 
privileges just yet. Remember, I've given your WebID access to the ACL 
resource, I haven't added your WebID to said resource. Thus, you need to 
use WebDAV to open up the resource (which is N3 based) then add your WebID.

It is a little confusing since you have +R and +W on the ACL, but 
nothing assigned to the actual resource protected by the ACL. At this 
point, Nathan's WebID is the only entry in the ACL resource.
