Typology of Querying over Linked Data

Could you help?

I'm looking for past work on "Typology or Taxonomy or Characterization of
Queries/Querying over Linked Data" or something along that line. I'm aware
of Peter Mika's work in this area and of the Knoesis folks. Any others?

In the same vein, could you point me in the direction of past work in "User
Models or Characterization of Navigation over Linked Data" ?
