Hi Gong! > And I still have some questions to be clarified. I've downloaded > "class_level_lod_constellation.csv", which gives relations between > ontologies rather than between classes. Are there any class-level mappings > available? And, how do you obtain such mappings? Is it just based on > explicitly stated axioms in ontologies, or based on any ontology matching > algorithms? > The goal is to have a general overview of connectiveness of ontologies one between the other. This schema doesn't and won't shows all the actual connections. So all connections between these ontologies are defined in the ontologies themselves. And for example, its connections with external ontologies is defined in this file that Mike was talking about: http://umbel.org/ontology/umbel_external_ontologies_linkage.n3 As simple as this :) About the methods to create these linkages: multiple methods exists depending on the use cases and the ontologies we have to handle. These methods are mostly semi-automatic. Sometimes fully automatics. With multiple steps such as evaluation of consistency and quality control. Take care, Fred
