Remove json-ld.org's version of Schema.org's context

Now that Schema.org has published their context, I think we should remove
the version we put up a while ago on json-ld.org [1]. It seems to confuse
people that there are two "competing" contexts for Schema.org.

If no one objects, I will go ahead and replace the context with a redirect
to http://schema.org/ in the next couple of days.
