You *can* preserve bNode labels between (de)serialisations, but not many systems do, and you're not required to. Just so we're clear, do you understand that the same would apply to this new URI scheme? A label that is a URI that is prefixed with "tag:w3.org,2013:dsid:" does not have to be preserved between (de)serializations either -- it can be rewritten with an entirely new suffix. That isn't going away ... that behavior is just now bleeding into the URI space.
