JSON-LD 1.0 Ready for Last Call

Hi all,

The JSON-LD CG approved[1] the JSON-LD 1.0 publication as a 2nd Final
Community Group Specification last week. The document can be found here:

http://json-ld.org/spec/FCGS/json-ld-syntax/20130222/

The editors feel that the document is ready to go into Last Call with
the following caveats:

1. It needs to be reviewed by the RDF WG so that we can be sure that it
is in line with the expectations of the group.
2. The sub-optimal solution to the blank node identifiers for graph
names issue needs to be reviewed by the RDF WG.
3. The property generator feature should be marked as an at-risk
feature requiring feedback during LC review.
4. We may want to put in an issue marker noting that we may introduce
@base functionality if Jeremy Carroll's use case is compelling. Or
we may want to put the feature in there and mark it as at-risk.

David, Guus, could you please make sure to spend a bit of time on the
next call asking for a couple of reviews from RDF WG members before we
go into LC?

PS: This does not include the JSON-LD 1.0 Algorithms and API document,
we're still working on getting the last of the CG comments addressed in
that spec.
