At this point both the JSON-LD CG and RDF WG have approved JSON-LD 1.0 and the JSON-LD 1.0 API to proceed to the Candidate Recommendation phase. We need to review a few details of what the final test suite will look like and when we're freezing it for the purposes of CR testing.
