Yes, they seek to use JSON as a mechanism (data representation format) 
for constructing Linked Data graphs. Basically, they want to make 
EAV/SPO triples (3-tuples) where Identifiers resolve to representations 
of their referents. In this case the representation (eav/spo graph 
pictorial) would be JSON based.
