rel names vs URLs

most rel-names have roughly-equiv URIs in data-space

      #acl -> http://www.w3.org/ns/auth/acl#accessControl
#alternate -> http://purl.org/dc/terms/hasFormat
   #author -> http://schema.org/author, http://rdfs.org/sioc/ns#has_creator, http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/creator
     #meta -> http://www.w3.org/2007/05/powder-s#describedby
     #next -> http://www.w3.org/ns/ldp#nextPage
     #prev -> http://www.w3.org/ns/ldp#prevPage
     #type -> http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#type
           -> http://www.w3.org/ns/rdf#type (please?)

#next/#prev URIs were in a draft but https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/ldpwg/raw-file/default/ldp-paging.html is only HTTP headers?

the Link header itself is defined at http://www.w3.org/2011/http-headers#link
