Comm for the LDP workshop.

Hi all,

I have written two blog posts about the upcoming LDP workshop. The first
one is on the main W3C blog [1], while the second on is on the "data"
blog [2] (slightly different audience). I have also tweeted about it
here [3]. I think these 3 places should cover the basis.
