Sections 7.2 and 7.3 discuss server-based ordering of triples within a container. And discuss how this ordering is communicated to the client. This can be useful. It is sort of like a SQL index. But there is no mention of how one defines this ordering. So, is the ordering arbitrary? Doesn't make sense. I think the ordering needs to be specified when the container is created.
