Sections 7.2 and 7.3 discuss server-based ordering of triples within a container.
And discuss how this ordering is communicated to the client.
But there is no mention on client-based ordering; the equivalent of OrderBy in SQL.

This seems like a serious omission?  Did we discuss that and reject it?
