Those seem like very good content seeds for BP - almost draft quality. Was 
that your intent?

I would add specific examples here ("the dragon's name is Smaug", rather 
than simply "there be dragons"), including cases in which we know 
conflicts will arise.
Quite possibly "base" URIs whose final character is a URI delimiter / , ? 
, #  are going to be problematic with relative URIs.
