Primer and Paging

Primer: I notice that Henry's recent changes include a new branch name 
(bblfish) vs the old default.  Not sure if it makes, just making others 
aware so they can yell if it does turn out to matter.

Paging: the draft is caught up with all the resolutions.  Sandro has yet 
to verify that I captured his intent from the thin IRC logs/emails, after 
a week of waiting for his review/confirmation.  Not all the final text is 
in the draft, e.g. examples just have placeholder text; not going to fill 
that in until we have consensus on what's already there.  But everything 
that would be normative, including the hint syntax, has a strawman at 
least.
