Status of the Best Practices and Guidelines document

Team,

I have updated the BPs to reflect the recent changes to containers, to
include points made in the recent face-to-face - among other minor
clarifications and corrections.

I am awaiting a little feedback from Sandro on one of the things discussed
in the Face-to-Face, but other than that, I believe the document is ready
for a final internal review. It can then be published (I suppose as a
Working Group Note?)

Please review if you can with the following in mind:

1) Is what we have stated clear, concise, and accurate?
2) Does the given BP or guideline truly belong (please provide rationale if
you think something should be omitted)?
3) Are there any BPs or guidelines you remember discussing or that you can
think of, which do not seem to have been included?
