LDP Minutes for June 20

The minutes for F2F3 day #3 are available for review:

We managed to close all issues. Congratulations to everyone.
Let's now hope it stays that way for a while. :-)

The editors will be updating the spec to reflect all resolutions. The goal 
is to have that done by July 1st and then give the WG 2 weeks to review it 
before deciding to send the spec to Last Call.
