This issue is about how creation works in LDP. An LDP container contain items, and a fundamental question for LDP is how items are created and added to a container. 

Currently: 

* the "type" of the request entity is the same as the resource which is eventually created (see related ISSUE-20)

Potential alternative:

* follow a model which is more similar to how HTML forms work.
