ISSUE-37: how to proceed

hello all.

not that ISSUE-37 ("What is the LDP data model and the LDP interaction
model?") is open, how should we proceed? it seemed like there was some
consensus that answering this question in a clear and concise way might
help us with a number of other issues as well. since the proposal is to
add a fairly important section to the spec, i'd like to ask the editors
about their preference: do you want to take a first stab at a structure
and maybe even content for such a section? (i proposed
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ldp-wg/2012Nov/0127.html as a
possible blueprint for that.) or would you prefer if somebody else did
that?
