htaccess editing needed for BOT v0.3.2 from Georg Schneider on 2021-01-20 (public-lbd@w3.org from January 2021)

Dear all,

the .htaccess of bot (https://github.com/perma-id/w3id.org/tree/master/bot) needs a revision as unfortunately version IRIs do not resolve (cf. https://github.com/w3c-lbd-cg/bot/issues/80).

I was wondering if someone of you could clean-up the redirect rules and make the version IRIs resolve?
