Re: Default set of functions: first proposal available

Hi Anastasia,

The sheet is 90% Open-Refine functions, added with a couple of functions 
that stem from use cases from our side, and Tobias volunteered in 
yesterday's meeting to double check this list with his use cases,
so I actually think we're aligned :)
