[CANCELLED] JSON-LD Teleconference 2018-11-02

Thanks to everyone who responded on the other thread about their availability for tomorrows call.

Based on that feedback, we're cancelling tomorrow's call in favor of giving everyone a chance to catch-up with the post-TPAC output and conversations going on across our GitHub repositories.

I've added a new column labeled "In Horizontal Review" and linked to one current review underway with the TAG related to the HTML <base> element discussion which is ongoing in https://github.com/w3c/json-ld-syntax/issues/23
