Remaining steps for publication of JLREQ update

I'd like to see us publish the errata update to jlreq that we've been 
working on.  CSS folks are also keen to get the latest document into the 
/TR space.

I had a look through the issue and pull request lists on GitHub, and 
assigned a milestone tag to those items that seem to be outstanding 
before we publish.  You can see the list i came up with at 
https://github.com/w3c/jlreq/milestone/1

(I excluded issues with the tag future, or amendment.)

Is there anything missing from that list?  Can we start closing down 
those items, and prepare for publication?
