Actually, we discussed this at the first meeting but I missed recording it in the minutes.

As merging the English and Japanese glossaries requires non-trivial work, and the likelihood of further fixes is relatively low, the cost of merging is likely to outweigh the reduced maintenance work. We thus concluded that we maintain two separate tables.
