Hi, everyone,

In the most recent CG meeting, we gained consensus on Requirements 9-12, with some amendments. The discussion on this list was really very helpful, so thanks to everyone who contributed, whether you made it to the meeting or not.

I've updated the document on GitHub to reflect the agreed changes: https://github.com/invisibleXML/ixml/blob/master/proposals/pragma_req.md

We're now onto pragma names, after which we'll discuss the items headed "Implementation and design details". If you have any comments on any of the remaining items, please start a discussion on the list.
