As part of my action to provide use cases for the two negative operators (A-B and !A as we currently notate them), I have been talking to some researchers who have implemented them. I found one who has implemented both in GLL. I forgot to ask him about differences, but I will get back to him. He seems to have implemented both a forward and backward not operator, but from the brief look I had at it, I couldn;t see the benefits of the directionality. I think one is enough.
