Looks like a good start. On a first reading, it would solve some of the grammar reuse problems.

I think we should spend a little time writing down what we think the use cases are and determining which ones we want to support. For example, it isn’t too difficult to imagine an example where I might want to import the same nonterminal (“entry”) from two different grammars.
