Spec docs

  Norm, et al,

Since spec doc editing is on the table, I was wondering if you or anyone
else in the group were familiar with Bikeshed <
https://github.com/speced/bikeshed#readme>, which takes a mix of Markdown
and HTML and produces a W3C-flavored spec doc.

Just thought I'd mention that and see if anyone has any thoughts on or
experience with it.

BTW, if I am able to pop into the meeting tomorrow, it may not be for long
since I started a new job this week (yay).
