ACTION 2023-10-17-f identify tests which depend on Unicode version

Last month I took an action to identify tests whose results may
depend on the version of Unicode supported by a processor.

ACTION 2023-10-17-f: MSM to find the tests which currently provide
                     different results based on version of Unicode
                     supported, and send SP a pointer to them.

The only one I found was the 'unicode-classes' test, which requires
Unicode version 14.0.  The appropriate change to the catalog (adding
several <dependencies/> elements to the test) is included in pull
request 212.
