Publishing the Invisible XML specification as a community report

Hello,

The Invisible Markup Community Group is interested in publishing the 1.0
specification as a Community Report. I’ve attempted to make it pubrules
compliant and staged it here:

Can you please tell me what I need to do next? Or whom I should ask?
